Overview
Day 1-2, 4-5 October 2021
Day 1-2 is the scientific symposium (preliminary program will be available soon). Leading experts will share their experience with long-read sequencing technologies. You will also hear about the latest news from the vendor representatives. We will offer an array of inspiring presentations by researchers from different fields of biology and medical sciences who are using long-read sequencing to answer their scientific questions.
Day 3, 6 October 2021
The third day of the meeting is dedicated to practical information concerning long-read data analysis, experimental setup and sample quality requirements. It will open with introduction by NGI core facility experts, followed by PacBio and Oxford Nanopore organized workshops. At the end of the day, there will be a panel discussion during which attendees will have a possibility to interact with long-read expert service providers from different countries, as well as with experienced technology users.
